Q - How long is my initial appointment as a new patient?
A - Your first appointment will typically range from 60-90 minutes.

Q - What shall I expect on my first visit?
A - At your first visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. We will begin your appointment by reviewing your medical history, taking x-rays, and doing a complete exam. If you present with a healthy mouth, we will begin your cleaning.

Q - What age do you start seeing children?
A - Dr. Brenner starts seeing children between 12 - 18 months. This is a show and tell visit for both the parents and children.

Q - Do you accept my insurance?
A - Yes, we do a courtesy submission to all insurance companies.

Q - How much is my treatment going to cost?
A - We will fully inform you of all treatment costs before any work is done. As a courtesy to you, your insurance benefits will be determined so that your co-pay information will be available.

Q - What is a co-pay?
A - The co-pay is the amount remaining after the insurance portion is paid.

Q - Do I pay my co-pay at the time of service?
A - Yes, payment is expected the same day services are rendered.
